Exchange Deployment Options

Track 2, Session 5

On-premises, Cloud or Hybrid?

Learn about the tradeoffs between different Exchange deployment options and make the best decision for your business.

Exchange 2013 is available for deployment on-premises in a traditional company-owned datacenter. Additionally,
with the availability of Office 365 and Exchange Online, customers can also choose to let Microsoft host their Exchange solution. Many customers have decided that a mix of these options is actually preferable, selecting
some mailboxes that make sense to host in Microsoft's cloud while keeping other mailboxes on-premises.

All of these choices have tradeoffs, and we will explore the tradeoffs and benefits in depth. Additionally,
we will cover current recommendations for service providers that host Exchange solutions for other organizations.
